Acrobat Operations Control allows the airline to effectively manage its flying programme. The graphical display shows the flights, maintenance and other events and the database stores all aircraft and airfield data that is needed.

The programme can be easily edited and what if scenarios, notes, checklists and full messaging is included. For air taxi and business charter companies we offer Quote Ops which includes a fully customisable costing calculator, which allows a comprehensive quote, invoice and handling request to be generated simply by adding the route and departure time.

Airline Crew Management

Acrobat Crew Records allows you to manage all of the personal and company data related to your crew. Web interfaces allow your crew members to enter their own data which you can manage throughout the system.

All of the training and licensing requirements are managed in the system, and APIS messages, gendecs and other reports are raised automatically. Crew rosters can be created automatically based on your rulesets, which can work on multiple levels, and rosters are then managed in the Acrobat Crew Roster window – a unique combination of graphics and text with automated legality and duty hour checking.

The system contains many automated checks on rules, crew complements, changes to flying programme, and immediately alerts the user to any problems and offers solutions.
