The Threat Containment Unit IU2000 fits into the Hold Baggage Screening system and provides fast containment and removal of unresolved or suspect hold baggage or cargo which has been identified during x-ray screening. The suspect item can be removed from the airport, keeping the airport open, avoiding costly and disruptive evacuation procedures and protecting public safety.

Blast Protected Litter Bins

Litter bins have been used in the past to hide IEDs and to generate widespread fragmentation when subjected to explosive blast. Consequently they have been removed from many public areas with the inevitable annoyance and difficulties in dealing with litter. This problem is overcome simply with the Aigis TC95 Blast Protected Litter Bin, which stops lateral fragmentation, reduces the funnelled vertical blast and lowers the blast pressure in the immediate vicinity of the bin. Tested to stringent UK Home Office specifications they allow the re-introduction of litterbins into high threat public areas; delivering convenience back to the public without placing them at undue risk.
