Evans Airport Solutions (EAS) is a subsidiary of Evans Consoles Corporation (ECC) of Calgary, Canada. EAS is the actual continuation of the former NKI Group of The Netherlands.
ECC and EAS|NKI have a combined experience of over 35 years, during which ECC completed 8500 command centre installations and EAS|NKI completed over 400 airport interior projects worldwide. The experience and success of ECC and EAS|NKI are unparalleled.

EAS’ scope of airport interior products includes: complete check-in islands with counters and canopy structures, any conceivable type of counter or booth, fit-out and finishing of lounges, concessions and entertainment areas and terminal way finding signage. Besides products for terminal interiors, EAS|NKI also supplies airfield signs and has recently embarked upon a programme to develop an innovative airfield sign with revolutionary LED-based lighting.

AMSTERDAM - SCHIPHOL - AIRPORT
Since 1974 EAS/NKI has supplied most of the interior fit-out works at Amsterdam Airport, totalling over 1500 counters, with the most prominent part of the works being the 14 check-in islands with 400 high quality GRP counters and island heads, metal canopy structures and stainless steel partitions.

HONG KONG - CHEK LAP KOK - INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The scope of work of EAS/NKI included supply and installation of over 1200 counters in various configurations, the complete architectural fit-out of the check-in islands and the departure and arrival halls. The project was executed between 1996 and 1998.

NEW YORK - JFK INTERNATTIONAL AIRPORT
A new highlight in the history of EAS/NKI was the interior fit-out of the new Terminal 4 at New York’s JFK airport. In operation since May 2001, the terminal is equipped with 144 check-in counters, 52 immigration service stations and many more other counters such as gate counters and service desks.
All elements are manufactured in accordance with the highest NKI standards and show a perfect combination between GRP and stainless steel.

CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - NEW TERMINAL BUILDING 3
The scope of work of EAS/NKI included design, engineering, fabrication assembly, packing, transport and installation of check-in and ticketing counters, passport control counters, custom counters and benches, travel service counters, gate counters, VVIP / VIP lounge counters, press conference counters, canopy structures for check-in islands, shopping and kiosk areas, indoor signage, outdoor signage.
The project was completed in December 2008.
