electrical power to 400 Hz aircraft grade power, with output ratings From 40 to 180KVA.

Diesel Ground Power Units

FCX Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures a 90-120KVA diesel generated 400HZ power unit built for rugged demand, high performance and ease of operation. The performance and flexibility of this design is unparalleled.

The Cummins OSB3.3 110 HP and QSB4.5 155 HP, Tier III engine is quiet and efficient combined with a 400HZ generator with superior regulation. With almost unlimited parameter options on the standard LCD, such as under and over voltage settings, E & F interlock safety circuit and override capabilities, multiple engine performance parameters, and fault logs, this unit will meet the most difficult applications.

Pre-Conditioned Air

FCX manufactures a full line of central PC Air system Air Handler Units (AHU). The FCX design is versatile for all airport designs and aircraft mixes. The FCX AHU is designed to be the most efficient (green) unit in the industry with the use of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to control motor speeds and modulating valves to use only what is needed to cool and heat the aircraft.

Our VFD design makes these AHU units one of the most efficient units in the industry, consuming far less energy per hour of use. Optional electric strip heating is also available for transitional days where heat is needed at night but cooling is needed in the day. Our AHU units have an inherent plug and play design that is universal to most central system designs.

If you are replacing old AHUs or planning a new project from scratch, our Air Handling Units can do the job better, simpler and for less. We use common off-the-shelf parts to minimize maintenance costs and down time.

We have no proprietary programs! In addition, we offer as an option the same corrosion proof upgrade that we offer on our Point-Of-Use PC Air units for doubling the expected life in harsh corrosive environmental conditions.

DC Power Supplies

FCX solid-state power supplies provide regulated 28.5VDC power with minimal noise. The power supplies are equipped with an adjustable current limiting feature for engine starting. Each model is designed with high power SCR modules to allow for precise control of the output voltage.

The units also have soft start to allow the power supply to ramp to nominal output voltage. Power supplies are built in a mobile NEMA 3R equivalent enclosure for easy mobility and inside or outside operation.
