Customised Aircraft De-Icing Vehicles
Kiitokori designs and manufactures together with each customer the most suitable configurations to meet the operational requirements. ADF volumes from 2,500l up to 9,300l, and spraying nozzle height from 10.5 to 20.4 meters, satisfy the requirements on airports.
Safety De-Icing Management Systems
Kiitokori de-icing vehicles are delivered with the state-of-art safety de-icing management system (SDMS), which ensures safe and cost-effective de-icing operation.
The user interface is always customized to meet the specific needs of every operator. We offer the safest and easiest methods of de-icing with our 30 years of experience in the harsh winter conditions of Nordic countries.
The EFI 500 includes all SDMS technical features, such as Omron PLC.
De-Icing at Gates or Centralized De-icing
Our most popular model, EFI2000, is equipped with two or three tanks and proportional mixing system for Type I and/or Type II / IV fluids. The operational height of 14.5 meters and maximum tank volume of 9,300 litres make this model suitable for most airports.
Kiitokori EFI4000 serves Airbus A380 and other larger aircraft. It’s closed cabin with telescopic spraying arm reaches up to 20.4 meters. This enables the operator to de-ice large aircraft safely and quickly at centralized de-icing areas.
EFI4000 is tailor-made for every ground handling (GH) company and airport.
The EFI 1500, with a capacity of either 6,800l or 9,300l, is most suitable for busy regional airports.
Service and Maintenance
Kiitokori provides software updates and modification services on-site and refurbishment services at our factory in Finland.
Annual check-ups provided by our field engineers minimize operational downtime. A comprehensive training for operation and maintenance is provided during delivery.
The most popular model, EFI 2000, can de-ice aircraft up to the A340 and B747.
