Axi Airport Chair
The Axi airport chair is a patented chair which is simple in design for use in public areas thanks to a unique nesting system. With their contemporary design, these striking airport chairs will boost your image as a modern, service-oriented airport or similar environment.
The airport wheelchairs can be used to take visitors from the car park to the terminal entrance and for use in and around the airport terminal and buildings. The Axi airport chairs can be stored in an Axi park that can be easily identified by everyone. The chairs can be nested neatly inside each other.
The nesting system prevents chaos in your public spaces and provides the end user with a hassle free experience of using a wheelchair within the airport building.
Unique Nesting System
Airport wheelchairs that are used from transporting people in and around the terminal buildings can become a nusiacance. They are left everywhere except were they belong. To tackle this the airport chair has a unique nesting system which allows the chairs to be stacked together one behind the other. The unique design of the airport wheelchair allows the user to simply use and return the airport wheel chair to one of the designated Axi airport chair bays.The airport chair is available in all RAL colors, so you can choose a colour that matches your own environment. Boost your image within the airport with the airport chair and brighten up your reception area. Airport Chair Bay: Axi2go
The Airport chair bay is easy to identify for all users. The Axi2go Park is specifically designed for use with the airport chair. The concept is very simple. The airport chair bays are located within the airport buildings.
The airport wheel chair is quite simply collected by the end user, used for transport in the building and the returned the designated airport wheel chair bay in the next building. This gives the end user a discreet and unique experience of transporting the end user in and around the airport buildings.
The bays provided create a safe environment and allows the airport wheel chair to be returned and secured in the bay ready for the next user to use.
Luggage Rack
To assist a safe transfer through the airport terminal the Axi airport chair has the ability to hold an item of hand luggage up to 15kg in weight. The luggage rack can be located underneath the airport chair seat and is operated by the attendant.
With its unique design the luggage rack allows the attendant to perform a safe and comfortable transfer of the user in and around the airport terminal and buildings.
Durable and Vandalism Proof
These days, airport chairs not only have to be durable and low maintenance, but – sadly – they also need to be vandalism-proof. So the frame, seat and backrest of the Axi are made entirely of high-grade steel with a minimum number of moving parts.
The Axi is fitted with maintenance-free, anti-leak tires, so the chair is always light to maneuver and easy to steer. Thanks to the protective powder coating, the airport chair can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The optional coin slot can enhance security of the airport chair and the anti-theft post significantly reduces the risk of theft.
You can customize both the airport chair itself to suit any environment and the antitheft post with a printed design of your own choice.
