Lifts All - Energy Saving and Ergonomic Baggage Handling
Lifts All AB is a Swedish manufacturing company for the air driven lifting device Bal-Trol and its pneumatic grippers. Every gripper is customized and produced under the same roof at Lifts All, just outside Stockholm. Our product line today consists of Bal-Trols with grippers, light weight overhead crane systems in aluminium, jib cranes, installation and technical service.
Bal-Trol is a hoist in aluminium with a unique moving pulley system, driven by 6 bar air pressure. It is light, small and energy saving.
Baggage Handler BHV - Optimizing Baggage Handling
The most recent addition to our product line is the Baggage Handler BHV – a specially designed gripper for baggage handling at airports. To create the best baggage lifter possible we met the tough demands of three different airports.

The Baggage Handler BHV is developed and tested together with everyday users.
Ergonomic Focus
To keep the operators healthy the grippers handle is developed and tested together with everyday users. It is specially designed with a rubber plate to relieve stress on arm and wrist.
To fit a left or right handed operator with a big or small hand the buttons are adjusted in a few seconds. The angle of the handle is also easily adjusted in four different positions for maximum comfort.
Silent Workspace
The operators ears are spared thanks to the noise level of only 54 dB(A).

High Speed Action
Baggage Handler BHV’s quick movement up and down and the automatic grip and release function optimizes the handling procedure.
Only two buttons are used when lifting. The speed up and down is easily adjusted by the operators demands.
The foldable hook complements the gripper.
Energy Saving With Economic Impact
Thanks to the latest vacuum technology the energy costs are minimized. Vacuum is only used during the lift of a bag.
The rest of the time the unit is totally silent and no energy is used. The minimum of air consumption makes the Baggage Handler BHV a real energy saver, using less than 10% of the energy compared to other vacuum lifters.
Big airports, using many Baggage Handlers BHV’s, are saving around 100 000 Euro per year in energy costs.
The gripper is also available as a single hook.
