Bespoke Hangar Door Solutions
Safety:
- All doors are equipped with load arrestors that instantly lock in position in the unlikely event that a belt or rope breaks. Mock Giant doors are equipped with unique safety features that incorporate our cross-linked technology.
- A special designed wind-lock system holds the door in place in even extreme weather conditions.
- Our doors open smoothly and can be equipped with a safety edge along the entire length of the bottom beam, that will sense whether or not anything obstructs it from closing. In such an event, the door stops automatically and returns to the open position.
- All our fabric hoist-up doors are CE marked and comply with the European Unions product standard for doors, EN – 13241-1.
Aircraft Hangar Door Systems

A total low cost of ownership is achieved through the reliability of the design and the use of durable fabric and components.
Maintenance costs are kept low as the doors are designed to operate with a minimum of movable parts.
The fabric can easily be repaired and in case an intermediate section of the door is severly damaged it can either be straigthened on-site or completely renewed.
Airport Hangar Door Solutions
Practical example:
Arena Arctica is a new concept and a resource center designed for users in the aerospace and research communities and is located in the city of Kiruna, 140 km (87 mi) north of the Arctic Circle.
The heart of Arena Arctica is a very large custom-built hangar. The floor space in the hangar is 5.000 square meters (nearly 54.000 square feet). The hangar is large enough to accomodate a Boeing 747, two A-300 Airbuses or a combination of a DC-8, a Transall, a Fokker 50 and four Falcons. Mock Doors designed and installed a 5 door mullion system (68 m x 24 m).
We have also supplied hangar doors to all types of climates from arctic to tropical conditions.
