Vertical Baggage Transport on a Footprint

S-shaped or C-shaped continuous vertical conveyor are the core products for any kind of packed goods, such as cartons, totes and boxes from small to large, beer kegs, airport loose luggage in normal or odd forms and size, sacks and bags, motor bocks and anything else that has to be conveyed up or down.
Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) type S or C serve between 2 levels with high capacity. Reciprocating Lifts (RL) operate between two or multi levels in a very cost-efficient version.
Nerak utilises a rubber block chain with internal, pre-stressed steel cables as the load carrying member. This combination guaranties high strength with very quiet and grease-free operation of all Nerak vertical lifts and conveyors. Space saving small footprints and virtually maintenance free operation characterize all Nerak vertical conveyors and lifts and reduces total costs of ownership to a minimum.

Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) for Standard Baggage
Nerak CVC in S- and C-shape are specially designed to vertically transport baggage of all shapes and materials with high capacity between 2 levels.
Closed platforms of aluminum segments and an inside closed funnel keep tags, rucksack straps, handles, wheels etc safely inside the lift and avoid damages and failures. Several light sensors insure failsafe operation.
Capacity up to 1300 ea/h for S-Shape and 550 ea for C-Shape and elevation differentials (ED) of up to 40 m are standard. Special versions are possible.
Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) for Out of Gage (OOG) Bag
Oversized transport platforms and additional sensors allow continuous vertical transport of OOG baggage like Golf Clubs, Ski Sacks, extra large suit cases, etc. with capacities of up to:- 950 ea/h for S-Shape and 400 ea/h for C-Shape conveyors.
Reciprocating Lifts KH-Type for Standard and OOG Baggage
Nerak double posts reciprocating lifts KH are designed to transport baggage in smaller capacity between two or multi levels.
A special, rugged designed and cantilever carried belt conveyor takes the baggage from infeed conveyors.
Several light sensors insure safe storage of the baggage inside the conveyor shape. Transport heights of up to 40 m are possible.
Reciprocating Lifts PH-Type for Standard and OOG Baggage
Nerak centre positioned double posts reciprocating lifts PH are designed to transport baggage in smaller capacity between two or multi levels.
A special, rugged designed and centre carried belt conveyor takes the baggage from infeed conveyors. Several light sensors insure safe storage of the baggage inside the conveyor shape.
PH-tape lifts include the necessary protection fence with an aluminum or mild steel support frame and perforated metal sheets. External safety fence is not necessary.
