Engineering and Management - Park Air Systems maintains a dedicated team to oversee and implement complex CNS systems. At the heart of this team are Systems Engineering and Programme Management.
- Systems Engineering - The Systems Engineering group meets the technical requirements at minimum risk for complete turn-key implementation. Individual system elements are chosen from within the organisation, and where appropriate, from reliable external suppliers of field proven equipment.
- Programme Management - The Programme Management group ensures that the programme is monitored and controlled to ensure on-time delivery, to the customer’s requirements and within budget. A Programme Manager is appointed for the life of the contract and acts as the central point of contact between the customer and Park Air Systems.
