With more than 35 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of aviation and offshore obstruction marking products, Orga Aviation BV supply medium and high intensity obstacle lighting products and systems for day and night time marking of tall structures that present a hazard to safe air navigation.
Our obstacle lights are certified to the latest international and national standards, and incorporating the latest LED and xenon strobe light source, optical design and power control technologies.
Our obstruction light systems are used around the world in the aviation, telecommunication, broadcast, wind power, construction, power transmission and petrochemical industries to provide reliable and cost effective solutions under extreme operating conditions.
We understand the sometimes differing objectives of the various project stakeholders, and we balance these with the need to meet regulatory requirements to ensure safe operation in a reliable and cost effective design solution.
Orga Aviation’s products include integrated automatic day–night control, LED intensity stability across the product operating range, automatic flash character synchronisation between lights on different structures, over voltage protection, visibility dependant variable intensity control and comprehensive performance monitoring.
When training and support services are required, factory trained engineers are available from our European head office, and from our regional support partners in USA and Asia.
Product Application
Orga Aviation offer medium and high intensity obstacle lights based on the latest LED and xenon strobe technologies. These lights can be used as a single stand alone light, or used in a multiple light system with an Orga Aviation CIP100 or CIP200 system controller.
Medium intensity lights are usually required for day and night time marking of obstacles that are between 45m and 150m high, and high intensity lights are usually required for day and night time marking of obstacles that are more than 150m high, and may be combined with additional medium intensity lights for in a system if required.
Medium Intensity Obstacle lights
L303-865: day and night time flashing white medium intensity xenon strobe obstruction light.
L303-864/865: day and night time dual colour flashing white (day) and flashing red (night) medium intensity xenon strobe obstruction light.
L340/350: night time red medium intensity LED obstruction light. The L350 light can be supplied in either flashing or fixed modes.
L450: white, red or combined white-red, medium intensity LED obstruction light for day and night time marking with the very latest optical technology to produce a high accuracy beam profile. The L450 red lights can be supplied in either flashing or fixed modes.
High Intensity Xenon Strobe Obstacle Lights
L1000: day and night time flashing white high intensity obstruction xenon strobe light in a robust stainless steel enclosure, with integrated controller and photocell.
Obstacle Light System Controllers
Orga Aviation system controllers are required to incorporate multiple obstacle lights on a structure into a system so that the lights operate in unison with each other, and to provide a monitoring and manual control interface.
CIP300: advanced system interface controller for use with L1000 high intensity and new LED L450 medium intensity light systems, including systems combining both types of light. The CIP300 provides full system operation management, advanced control facilities, status information, historic data and system diagnostics.
CIP200: system interface controller used for enhanced system operation control of multiple light systems, with visibility dependant variable intensity control facility, and with comprehensive system status records.
CIP100: a system interface controller used for system operation control of smaller multiple light sytems based on L303 and L350 obstacle lights.
GPS020: flash synchroniser so that lights on different structures flash in unison with each other without needing a connection between the lights.
