Mobile Power Solutions - POLYMA GPUs

The new Generation of Ground Power Units by POLYMA Energiesysteme is characterized by small dimensions, ergonomic design, low maintenance and a lot of innovative utilities. Not only is an off-road version possible but also different taps, various cables and individual engine/alternator combinations.

The GPU suits the international legal Norm DFS 400, the engine directive and the general aeronautical standards. It is available as self-propelled unit or trailer with 45 kVA to 180 kVA.

Because of our customized production we offer a lot of optional equipment, e.g. remote maintenance and location detection by means of GPS/GSM and 231 V / 50 Hz tap.

Easy Box

An ergonomic “drawer” for the power cable. One of each site it will protect your cable, while it makes sure, that they will be ready to hand within seconds. In combination with our immobilizer system the driver will be acoustical and optical warned, if the cable are not correct stored when he tries to move the GPU.

Warning Light Management

Brand new system from our technical department where you can define the events, which should be signalized at our optical and acoustical system. E.g. Easy Box is not closed, Low Fuel Level,…

Easy to Use Concept

By remembering the old times, where you are worried to start the GPUs because there were a lot of displays, buttons and signals on the control panel and you didn’t know if you are doing everything right? These times are over! POLYMA offer an innovative Interface architecture: on the control panel you will only find the necessary controls to start the GPU and to supply the aircraft. An intelligent Display shows you only the information you really need. For the “normal” user it’s impossible to adjust the settings. If it’s necessary to adjust the settings or for maintenance, the authorized user only have to open the control panel and can now read out the log-files, reprogram the software and more on. True to our motivation: Easy Handling by full control!

Of course we have in our program a lot of more options: additional tap with 231V/50Hz, automatically oil refill, position lamps, solid rubber tires,… Your wish is our passion!

Floodlight Systems

We constantly further develop this product in close cooperation with our customers. The result has been the creation of a variety of different floodlight systems. We manufacture single-axle trailers, for construction site use, fire brigades, law enforcement forces, the National Guard and for large-scale events. We also customize emergency vehicles and equipment Lorries as well as mobile power generators with floodlight components.
