RPS is the UK's largest planning and development consultancy and has acted on a number of high profile airport projects.
Recently RPS has been involved in providing planning advice to BAA at Stansted and Heathrow and has also assisted London City Airport gain consent for a significant increase in aircraft movements.
RPS currently has two Directors on secondment to the IPC assisting in establishing the new procedures for determining infrastructure projects.

In addition to RPS’ long history of airport planning success, the company has a significant track record in airport masterplanning and design.
RPS has recently completed safety works at City of Derry Airport, Dublin Terminal 1 extension and is currently working with the States of Guernsey at the Airport, on the largest civil engineering scheme the island has ever undertaken.
Other major schemes include full AGL upgrade at Durham Tees Valley Airport and the upgrade of Liverpool John Lennon Airport terminal building, which included helping the Airport develop their future baggage handling strategy.
