AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE DOCKING SYSTEMS
Customised docking systems for aircraft light & heavy maintenance dedicated to any kind of aircraft.
REEL is a worldwide recognised specialist in designing, manufacturing and installing of dedicated docking systems such as Air France A380 maintenance docking system enabling highest productivity together with shortest TAT as well as multi-aircraft flexible docking systems such as British Airways B747, B777 & B767 heavy maintenance bays in Cardiff.
Most recently REEL has delivered to Qatar Airways a complete set of flexible docking systems to maintain its whole fleet including the A380.
REEL is also involved in Airbus Final Assembly Lines equipments that position us as the sole docking system manufacturer with such advanced knowledge of aircraft access and design specificities.

ENGINES TEST CELLS HANDLING EQUIPMENTS
Thanks to its experience in the nuclear and defense industry, REEL is providing high-safety handling equipment in order to secure your high-valued loads and operators that are used for engine test cells.Amongst the products in REEL range of equipment for engine test cells are:
- Shuttle cranes and monorail systems for engines transfer from / into test cells
- Automatic crane systems for engine orientation and alignment
- Jigs and handling tools for engine work stands
- Work platforms for engine test runs

ENGINE EQUIPPING GANTRY
REEL has developed a specific engines handling gantry that is used inside heavy maintenance hangars for dis-equipping and re-equipping large engines such as GE90 or A380 ones before and after having sent them to the repair station.
