Risbridger Ltd design and manufacture Aircraft fluid dispensing equipment for ground servicing of aircraft. Our other sector of activity is in valves and fittings for the retail petroleum dispensing market. We supply fuel tank overfill prevention devices including for Aviation Fuels.
Our Aircraft fluid dispensing equipment is designed to be fitted to factory packed cans of fluid, preventing contamination and allowing safe and clean dispensing direct into the aircraft systems via dry break couplings. Other models of Aircraft fluid dispensing equipment are designed to be refillable and range in capacity from 1 pint handheld pumps to 12 litres refillable trolley dispensers and trolleys to take large drums of fluid.
It has been proven that by using Aircraft fluid dispensing equipment to top up fluids direct into systems whilst removing water and particulate contamination increases mean time before failure.
Specified by many aircraft manufacturers Risbridger equipment cleans fluids to DefStan 05/42 (better than 400F or ISO Class 11/7) and is available for many aircraft and system types. It is also used by F1 teams and other high performance users, such as land speed record holders and endurance racers!
Aircraft Fluid Hand Pump Dispensers
The ‘7 Series’ 1 US Quart / 1 Litre hand pumps have high quality integral 2 micron absolute filtration, cleaning fluids to DefStan 05/42 (better than 400F or ISO Class 11/7) and no filter no flow safeguard adaptors. These pumps provide the best protection for aircraft system fluids. More recent versions of these Aircraft Fluid hand pump dispensers have inbuilt stability bases to protect and support the cans of fluid as well as providing stability to the units.
These stability bases may be purchased as retro-fittable kits to upgrade existing pumps. Some Aircraft Fluid hand pump dispenser models also feature a coupling stowage nose to ‘park’ the quick disconnect coupling onto, this is on the range of pumps for aircraft with OMP2506-3 bulkhead half couplings. Typical applications are B707 – 777, Airbus A300/310/320 etc. Our 951 Series range is for 1 gallon pumps for “Fruit” cans, the 921 Series fits to rectangular 1 (UK) Gallon & 5 litre cans. The 893 Series fits to Hydraulic fluids packed in rectangular 1 (US) Gallon cans.

Our Aircraft Fluid Trolley dispensers include refillable trolleys with a choice of 5 litre or 12 litre containers. This series is known as the LT1130 Series, and comprises a HDPE container, which is easy to clean and provides a clear visual product level indication.
Fitted with our usual no filter – no flow adaptors this product is available for a variety of fluids and hose end couplings to suit most commercial and military aircraft.
Risbridger’s larger Fluid Trolley Dispensers are adjustable and with various can nut adaptors can be used with a wide variety of drums, from 5 gallon to 25 litre capacity.

Aircraft Fluid Overspill Collection Kits
Our popular overspill collection kits helps to avoid accidents, providing a clean and safe way of collecting overfilled engine oil from top up operations, and is suitable for use with all aircraft with OMP2505-3 bulkhead half couplings.
Typical applications are B707 – 777, Airbus A300/310/320 etc. When in use and connected to the aircraft overfill port the container is automatically vented to allow free drainage of engine oil into the bottle.
The collection kit is a leak-proof, non-spill assembly which contributes to safety cleanliness and reduction of fire risk and environmental contamination.
