Line Marking/Rubber Removal & Surface Preparation/Runway Grooving/Joint Sealing

Roadgrip Ltd was established in 1995 to provide quality surface markings to airfields and highways in an international arena.

Roadgrip has naturally expanded in its range of operations and activities over recent years to accommodate the requirements of its customers on a wider level. This has enabled the provision of a turnkey package, where multi operation services can be provided.

The company established itself within the UK market in 2003 and with controlled development has targeted particular core markets for its main activities. Roadgrip UK Operations delivers the same service into the domestic airfields arena, but also services the retail sector, highways and private markets

Pavement Markings

Roadgrip contract a range of marking products and can assist in choosing the correct solution for a particular situation

At Roadgrip we contract the following:

  • Cold Applied Paint
A low profile spray applied marking system typically used on airfields, sports courts, playgrounds, multi storey car parks, factory floors and concrete service yards Paint is available in a variety of water based, solvent and epoxy based products. Paint can be applied by airless spray, conventional spray or roller.
  • Thermoplastic
A hot applied material which can be screed or spray applied or extruded. Enhanced retro reflectivity can be gained by the addition of glass beads.
  • MMA (Cold Plastic)
A cold applied material which has similar working properties to that of hot applied thermoplastic. This product can be applied to cementitious surfaces without the requirement of a tack coat. It is screed applied through a hand tool or an application pram. This product is far more durable than both thermoplastic and paint.
