Electric Towing Trucks 3-10 ton

Spijkstaal offers a wide range of mid size towing trucks for airport applications. Powerful and efficient motors result in high performance and low energy consumption. The 8 and 10 ton trucks are especially designed for use on ramps.

Low gravity point and full suspension make Spijkstaal vehicles the most comfortable and stabile on the market.

Most Spijkstaal tow tractors have a simple horizontal battery exchange system. Batteries can be changed in some minutes without any jeopardy for damage or unsafe situations.
Maintenance free AC motors and disc brakes result in low maintenance costs. The rigid   construction and exchangeable body parts result in low damage repair costs.
The 6, 8 and 10 ton trucks are also available with a cabin including sliding doors.

Electric Towing Trucks 20-30 ton

The Spijkstaal heavy duty electric tow tractors are very powerful and fast. The low gravity point and optimal weight distribution provide great traction and stability
The spacey and comfortable cabin with sliding doors and full suspension offer remarkable comfort. Fully controlled hydraulic power steering and powerful brakes guarantee efficiency and safety.

The battery can be changed horizontally within 3 minutes without danger for damage or unsafe situations.

All body parts are exchangeable for fast damage repairs. The doors are sliding within the chassis structure to provide damage. The result: very low repair costs!
The Spijkstaal 20 and 30 ton towing trucks are extremely appropriate for winter conditions. Very good traction, an efficient electric motor, a comfortable cabin with adequate heating system, well isolated sliding doors and a lot of attention for construction details and materials to survive long and cold winters with low temperatures and aggressive fluids.

Electric Platform Vehicle (800-2500 kg)

Spijkstaal offers a full range of electric platform trucks with load capacity 800 kilogram, 1200 kilogram, 2000 and 2500 kilogram.

Type 800:  800 kilo, 1000 mm width, platform size 1600 * 1000 mm

Type 1200: 1200 kilo, 1200 mm width, platform size 2000 * 1200 mm

Type 2000: 2000 kilo, 1500 mm width, platform size 2500 * 1500 mm

Type 2500: 2500 kilo, 1500 mm width, platform size 2500 * 1500 mm

All vehicles are available with an open cabin or a closed cabin with doors, Full suspension, low gravity point, disc brakes. A range of efficient AC motors for different applications varying from 2,6 till 10 kilowatt. Optional gas or electric heating system. Electric Ecotruck 7500

The Ecotruck 7500 is a fully electrically driven vehicle with a high capacity of about 4.000 kg and a special cabin that is particularly suitable for easily getting in and out of the driver or passengers. Transport in cities or at airports generally occurs at low(er) speeds, short distances and frequent stops. The Ecotruck 7500 is ideal for this application and there are no local emissions.

The Ecotruck is mainly used for waste collection. This vehicle can therefore be equipped with a 7m3 dirt press with lift for the waste containers. This vehicle can collect a total of 25m3 or 2 tons of waste. The Ecotruck can also be supplied with a fixed structure and tailgate. This vehicle is also ideal for the use as urban distribution, etc. All Spijkstaal Ecotrucks are equipped with air suspension, pneumatic / hydraulic brakes with ABS and ultra modern lithium ion batteries. The maximum range approximately 100 km and the maximum speed 40 km/hour.
