TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. is the largest single independent provider of fully integrated aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for major commercial and government aircraft operators. The company currently operates three active airframe MRO locations:  Greensboro, NC, Macon, GA and Lake City, FL.

Through its TIMCO Aerosystems subsidiary, the airframe MRO operation is supported with fully integrated aircraft interiors design, manufacturing, integration and certification services. The MRO also maintains a state-of-the-art, in-house composite facility capable of repairs and overhauls of advanced composite and bonded aluminum honeycomb assemblies.

Maintenance operations are also supported by an advanced Engine Center in Oscoda, MI and fully integrated aircraft seat design, manufacturing, integration and certification facilities in California.

Scheduled Maintenance

In terms of total man-hours produced each year, TIMCO is the largest independent provider of heavy jet aircraft MRO services in North America.

TIMCO provides commercial, military and private commercial jet operators with a complete line of aircraft repair and modification services, as well as newly manufactured replacement parts (including commercial aircraft passenger seating).

TIMCO operates U.S. FAA/EASA - Approved Part 145 Aircraft Repair Stations at five locations in the United States: Greensboro, North Carolina (GSO), Macon, Georgia (MCN), Lake City, Florida (LCQ), Oscoda, Michigan (OSC), and Pacoima, California (Brice Manufacturing Subsidiary OEM for new seats and PMA interior replacement parts). In addition to heavy airframe and systems repair and modification, TIMCO is an FAA-approved designated alteration station (DAS), providing design engineering, air agency certification approvals and STCs, and manufacturing and distributing modification installation kits.

Component and Flight Control Repair

TIMCO maintains extensive facilities for the repair, fabrication and overhaul of Customer removed structural and composite components and flight controls. These can be either components that are removed from the aircraft undergoing a maintenance check, or from Customer supply stock. In any case, most parts can be repaired and returned to the originating aircraft saving much time and cost.

Interiors

TIMCO supports its customers with complete lines of new and refurbished passenger and crew seating appointments. Through its subsidiary, Brice Manufacturing, Inc., TIMCO supplies new first, business and coach class seating for narrowbody and widebody Boeing and Airbus aircraft cabins. All Brice newly manufactured seats are 16G/ FAA and UK CAA certified for commercial aircraft use.
