New exhibitors, more exhibit space driving upsurge over 2016 show

With four months left before the opening ceremony, International Airport GSE Expo 2018 – the world’s largest GSE-only Expo – has already surpassed the 2016 GSE Expo in terms of show growth by 25%. The Expo, presented jointly by the International Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (IAEMA) and Ground Support Worldwide magazine is slated for October 2-4, 2018, at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV, USA.

Asked about the driving forces behind this dramatic growth for the 2018 Expo, Show Director, Sue Ralston, offered several reasons and chief among those is the increase in exhibit space and amenities available to manufacturers and attendees.

“With a new layout that offers more space in our outdoor exhibit area coupled with an observation deck adjacent to the that space, we can accommodate more exhibitors and provide more networking space to meet with attendees,” says Ralston. “As a result, we have added 63 new exhibitors to the 2018 GSE Expo, accounting for an additional 11-thousand square feet of exhibit space. This brings our total exhibit area to almost 80-thousand net square feet.”

Ralston adds the increase in exhibitors offers the opportunity for attendees to meet with a record-breaking number of GSE-exclusive solutions providers in North America, experience live equipment demonstrations and see what’s new in the industry.

The Expo encourages GSE professionals from airlines, airports, contract service providers, government/military and ground handlers to take advantage of the opportunity to register for free using the following promotion code: PR2018.

The 2016 Expo drew nearly 2,400 industry professionals and marked the inaugural event co-presented by IAEMA and Ground Support Worldwide magazine. All indications are this show will surpass that mark so Ralston advises anyone interested in attending to visit www.GSEexpo.com for registration and lodging information soon.

Attendees can also find 2018 GSE Expo information in Ground Support Worldwide magazine and its portal website, www.AviationPros.com.
