We are excited to announce the first headliners of The Smart City Conference, to be held on Nov 22 and 23 at All-over-IP 2017 in Moscow.
Microsoft Business Development Manager Alexander Danilin is kicking off the first day of the conference. While Microsoft Chief Technology Architect Maxim Khlupnov is setting the tone for day two.

Maxim Khlupnov will show how artificial intelligence impacts the traditional video surveillance installations as well as the approaches to the IoT. Maxim will introduce services that could apply AI to video surveillance, and provide guidelines on making artificial intelligence real.
