Transformation, Digitalization and New Business Models for Airlines

Juha Järvinen, President-elect of APEX (The Airline Passenger Experience Association) and Chief Commercial Officer of Finnair has joined the keynote speaker line-up of the 16th international aviation Wings of the Future Forum, November 14-15, 2018, Renaissance Monarch Centre Hotel in Moscow, Russia.

Mr. Järvinen will take part in the panel discussion about Transformation, Digitalization and New Business Models for Airlines, which will be held on the first day of the Forum.

The expert has 20 years of aviation experience. After 14 years with Scandinavian SAS Group, he joined Finnair and became Chief Commercial Officer with current responsibility for airline’s commercial functions – network planning, alliances & partnerships, market access & aeropolitics, brand experience, global sales & marketing, revenue management & pricing, distribution, loyalty and travel services business.

In 2016, Juha was chosen as Board member to US-based Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), which drives global airline passenger experience development, bringing together the airlines, entertainment and technology vendors and wider aviation community to develop the exciting global industry.
