The Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) is dedicated to the progress and safety of air traffic control and works to advance the technology and professionalism of the industry.
Founded in 1956 by a group of air traffic controllers, today ATCA serves a worldwide membership of nearly 3,000, including individual controllers, air navigation service providers (ANSPs), aviation associations, educational institutions, the government and military, and companies that provide and manage equipment and services within the aviation community.
The 61st ATCA Annual Conference and Exposition, held at the Gaylord National Convention Center October 16-19, 2016, will examine the future of air traffic control by taking an in-depth look at the technology and ideas shaping the industry. The conference and world-class exhibition attract the participation of internationally recognized aviation experts, and include three days of presentations, seminars, and networking opportunities. Over 3,000 attendees flock to the event every year, cementing ATCA Annual as the largest, most influential air traffic management conference and exhibition in the Americas.
