A land deal is underway to expand Lebanon International Airport, and will soon see enhanced security measures to handle the increase in the number of travelers”, the public works and transportation minister revealed. Speaking after a meeting to discuss strategies to improve Lebanon’s only international commercial airport, Minister of Transportation Ghazi Zeaiter said: “The meeting was fruitful, especially given that some matters will be approved within the coming days.”
It is a One Day event held on 19 May 2016 in the most prestigious five stars hotel in Lebanon the Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel Beirut. The ballroom will be divided in 2 parts a conference section and an Exhibition section where sponsors Exhibitors will offer their companies Brochures and Network and meet with Government Delegates from Lebanon.

This conference is designed for government officials, airport equipment suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and everyone involved in airport businesses.
The event will provide the latest information on airport expansion technologies, Insights on High tech equipment, security, safety program, policies, as well as practical experience by airport management, consultants, and others in the airport industry type .

The purpose is to Showcase, Introduce, and Explore the latest equipment, services, solutions, to Lebanon Government, and to provide leadership and experiences in planning and developing a safe, secure and efficient international airport system to satisfy the needs of our aviation interests, International aviation agencies, organizations, and Travelers.
