Taking place from 8-10 April, Routes Europe 2019 will enable you to meet with senior decision makers from the region’s airlines, airports and destinations to discuss new market opportunities and the evolution of existing services. The event will provide an efficient platform for building high-value relationships with some of the most influential aviation professionals from across the region and beyond.
Hosted by Hannover, Metropolregion and Hannover Airport, the 14th Routes Europe event will take place in Hannover in the Lower Saxony region of Germany. Hannover Airport serves one of the largest catchment areas in Germany and is the only airport in the north of the country that operates, 24 hours a day, meaning that airlines flying to and from the hub are easily able to target an enormous market. Hannover aims to grow its air traffic, and within the past year has developed various new routes including Norwegian Air Shuttle’s Alicante, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca services, and Wizz Air’s flights to Budapest and Belgrade.
With leading carriers such as Lufthansa, easyJet, Ryanair, British Airways and Thomas Cook Airlines Group confirmed to attend, Routes Europe 2019 will offer a unique opportunity to present your business case to your key targets. Airline delegation will include the Chief Commercial Officer of Cyprus Airways, the Director of Airport Affairs for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, the Head of Airport Development for Wizz Air, the Head of Network & Fleet for Eurowings, the Head of Planning for Jet2.com, the Director of Aviation Planning for TUI UK & Ireland, and the Director of Network Planning and Scheduling for Icelandair. Attendees will be able to request meetings with some of the largest carriers from across Europe and the world to discuss new and existing air services.
In addition to an unrivalled meeting platform, the event will feature a conference programme offering exclusive insight into the most critical factors facing the industry, including a session dedicated to the crucial topic of Brexit, and its expected impact on network planning and travel demand when Britain leaves the European Union. Leading aviation professionals such as Kam Jandu, Chief Commercial Officer of Budapest Airport, Bence Szabo, Head of Network for easyJet and Alexandra Goldschmidt, Senior Director Network Management for Austrian Airlines will be participating in the Routes Europe 2019 conference programme.
The event will also include a series of networking functions held at fine locations, offering the optimum setting for developing business relationships with your industry peers and cultivating contacts.
