ACUNIS, a joint venture of Unitechnik Systems GmbH and AMOVA GmbH, are presenting their solutions for the air cargo terminal segment at the Dubai Airport Show from May 15 to 17.
The product and services portfolio of these experts in airport logistics includes the planning and engineering of cargo terminals as well as the integration of high-bay racking stores, conveyor technology and warehouse management systems.
At stand 5330 ACUNIS will also showcase current reference projects in the air cargo segment, including the realization of an air cargo terminal for Ethiopian Airlines at the Addis Ababa airport in Ethiopia. This facility is to commence operations in summer 2017 and with a handling capacity of 600 t per year is the largest of its kind on the African continent. The concept already allows for an expansion to 1.2m tons per year.
