Earlier this year, Air Serbia selected IER for the implementation of its self-service application, to be deployed this month at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade.

Thanks to IER ALISS check-in application which can be accessed from any CUSS kiosk, Air Serbia will provide their passengers with the option to check-in for a flight, select or change their seat, or obtain a boarding pass for same-day departures on different flights, all within the airline brand guidelines.

Conformance to their brand identity and developing a set of sequences mirroring their passenger expectations were of paramount importance for Air Serbia. In addition to a dedicated interface built for their check-in application, the airline also opted for the integration of a payment option allowing passengers to change their seat or buy additional baggage allowance. This configuration will allow Air Serbia to focus on building their brand and selling their services while simplifying path for their customers.

We are convinced that this new check-in solution will provide a better check-in experience to our passengers”, commented Nikola Vukomanovic, Air Serbia’s spokesperson, and concluded that “application will allow them to add bags or change their seat on arrival at the airport, as well as significantly reduce the time they need to spend at the airport and enhance the overall experience.

Thanks to its relevant track history developing CUSS application with major worldwide DCS suppliers, IER has built-up on the considerable expertise with diversified use cases (Cathay Pacific, LATAM, etc.) to meet Air Serbia’s expectations, both in terms of solution performance, ability to meet a mutually agreed schedule, and provide on top qualitative Professional and Support Services.
