Larnaka International Airport – Participated in the preparation of the handover and opening of the new Larnaca terminal by the ORAT Team as Maintenance Specialists (2009).
The Technical Assistance and Consulting services comprised the following:
Restructure, optimize and redefine the maintenance and technical contracts to meet the expected level of performance and optimize HERMES Airport’s budget.
Define, structure and propose possible maintenance organizations and provide assistance to HERMES Airports choosing the best-suited solution.
Ensure set up of storage areas to receive, catalogue, and replenish all spare parts and consumables.
Ensure set up and equip maintenance areas and Technical Data Center.
Tender and award outsourced maintenance contracts including, without limitation, in respect of Baggage systems, Passenger Boarding Bridges, chillers, boilers, lighting, elevators/escalators, fire alarms, sewage and drainage systems.
Receive, file and/or store all: as built drawings, specifications, operations and maintenance manuals, test certificates, systems training documentation, spare parts, guarantees, warranties,
Set up scheduled preventive maintenance plans for the following systems and equipment in accordance with manufacturers recommendations from the relevant operating and maintenance manuals:
1. Baggage systems 2. Passenger boarding bridges, VDGS, GPU and PCA 3. HVAC 4. Lighting 5. Electronic equipment (FIDS, BIDS, intercom, bldg fire-alarm system) 6. Escalators, elevators and moving walkways, 7. Sewage and Drainage systems, 8. Car Parking Management System (CPMS)
