As Rubb products are so easy to relocate and construct, buying a used Rubb structure is a sound investment. Our approved structures have been fully refurbished and are ready to meet their new owner’s needs. Rubb holds a number of approved used structures at our HQs around the world. All approved buildings have been inspected and fully refurbished.

BVC Structure Type

The Rubb 40m BVC structure price includes a complete steel structure ready manufactured for erection designed to snow load of 60kg/m2 and dynamic pressure of 1.0kN/m2. The effective wind speed, VE, is 40.5m/s (89.5mph). The walls are covered with high tenacity trevira fabric, PVC coated on both sides. The material is fire retardant.

Building package includes:

• New single skin PVC sheets
• Steel clad walls to a height of 3m
• Steel gutter system at eaves level, complete with downpipes
• 4-off steel access doors
• Foundation loadings (available upon request)

Building package does not include:

• Any services such as air conditioning, electrics or ventilation
• Delivery
• Installation

NV Structure Type

The Rubb 20m NV building price includes a complete manufactured steel structure ready for installation, designed to take loads of up to 90mph wind speed and 0.6kg p/m2 snow load. The walls are covered with high tenacity trevira fabric, PVC coated on both sides. The material is fire retardant.

Building package includes:

• Refurbished single skin PVC cladding to roof, sidewalls and gables
• Refurbished galvanized steel framework
• 1 off manual operated roller shutter door, 5m wide x 5m high
• 2 off fire access doors
• Ground anchor kit
• Foundation loadings (available upon request)

Building package does not include:

• Any services such as air conditioning, electrics or ventilation
• Delivery
• Installation
