Arconas Airport Clients Among 2016 ASQ Award Winners

Arconas is proud to recognize the success of 13 of its recent airport clients; winners of ACI World’s 2016 Airport Quality Service Awards.

These awards recognize airports which have achieved the highest passenger satisfaction rating in the ASQ Survey – the world’s benchmark of airport excellence. Notable winners include the three airports that tied for First Place in the ‘Best Airport by Region (over 2 million passengers per year) – North America’ category: Indianapolis Airport, Jacksonville Airport, and Toronto Billy Bishop Airport. In 2016 Arconas installed inPower Flex units and inPower Bars at Indianapolis Airport to provide power for travelers to charge their electronics. Jacksonville has installed a range of Arconas’ suite of seating and power over the past several years, and Billy Bishop installed Arconas’ best-selling seating line, Bernù Aero, with integrated inPower Flex units in 2016.

ACI’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards are the industry’s most prestigious accolades. It is a world- renowned and globally established global benchmarking program measuring passengers’ satisfaction while travelling through an airport.
