Changes to Innovative’s management

Having successfully managed Innovative’s transition from a Danish company to a Nordic company, CEO Harald Rønning has decided to move on to new challenges outside the company. Harald Rønning therefore resigns as CEO but will continue as a member of the board. Jens Middelbo Outzen is reinstated as CEO.

“Two years ago, Harald came to Innovative and under his leadership the company established itself in Norway and Sweden with our own offices and has become a strong player in both countries,” says Jens Middelbo Outzen, who is reinstated as CEO after Harald. “We have come closer to our existing customers in both countries and have already come far in the sales process towards a number of new customers.”

“The transition has now been completed and Innovative has built a strong Nordic organization with more focus on sales, delivery and customer support. This provides a solid foundation for future growth in the new markets, while continuing the cooperation with our existing customers and the development of their businesses,” says Jens Middelbo Outzen.

“Harald Rønning will remain a significant shareholder in Innovative and will continue to follow the company as a member of the board. Harald has done an outstanding job for Innovative and we wish him all the best in his further career,” says Jens Middelbo Outzen.
