Airports Council International (ACI) published The Passenger Facilitation Performance Metrics Handbook , to serve as guidance for airports collecting data to improve passenger satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The handbook will help airports identify and employ different types of key performance metrics in passenger facilitation. GrayMatter, with its specialist experience and credentials in airport analytics provided inputs to the publication.
“It’s a good initiative that has reached fruition with the help of expert inputs from a number of contributing entities,” ACI World Senior Manager, Facilitation and Passenger Services Jean-Sebastien Pard said.
“With demand for air services expected to double by 2037, airports are faced with the challenge to increase operational efficiency and contain costs all while improving the passenger experience and maintaining security standards.”
“This is very valuable guidance provided by ACI. GrayMatter team is glad to have contributed towards this initiative” said Vikas Gupta, CEO, GrayMatter
