Built on Ford F-150 Lightning — With Power and Purpose

Our latest Vehicle Integrated Skiddometer is installed in the F-150 Lightning, equipped with a 98 kWh battery delivering up to 452 horsepower and over 1000Nm torque — all available instantly thanks to the electric powertrain.

This powerhouse ensures 65 km/h and 95 km/h in shortest possible distance! Even with a full 650-liter water tank onboard.

That kind of performance makes a real difference for airports needing fast, repeatable, and reliable measurements under EASA, ICAO and FAA guidelines. Especially in wet or winter conditions the 4-wheel drive with such power makes the measuring a joy.

Proven Skiddometer Tech — Now Electrified

This friction tester features the same Skiddometer BV11 VI system used in many airports worldwide:

  • Fixed-slip 17% measurement wheel

  • Single, smart electric actuator for lifting/lowering the test wheel — no hydraulics or pneumatics

  • 650 L aluminum water tank delivering up to 10 km of runway wetting

  • Modular design fully independent of the vehicle’s electronics and structure

The system preserves the OEM warranty and can be moved to another vehicle if needed, ensuring long-term flexibility.
