OMK delivered and installed over 1500 seats from their Trax Seating System to Bahrain International Airport as part of their terminal refurbishment.
Serving as the hub for the national carrier Gulf Air, BAC needed a highly durable seat. Trax was selected for its multiple chassis and finish options, the widest in the OMK range. Low back seats were supplied in a multiple colours for the gate areas where they were used in conjunction with high back loungers for transit passengers.
Bonny Matthew, the Civil Supervisor for Bahrain International Airport commented “I appreciate OMK’s professionalism by which they have completed the project. The efforts put by their team in this project is commendable”.
This is latest project in the Middle East and North Africa for OMK, who continue to confirm their position as market leaders in the design of terminal seating having now supplied over 300 airports worldwide.
