Its public shareholders, the province of Lower Austria and the city of Vienna, each hold 20% of share capital and thereby provide a stable ownership structure.A further 10% of the Company’s share capital was transferred to an employee fund in 2000, and allows the employees of Flughafen Wien AG to participate directly in the success of the Company. The remaining 50% of shares represent free float.
