Company Profile

  • Strategic Planning

For airports and air navigation service providers (ANSPs), anticipation and creativity are essential to adapt organisations and processes to future changes. WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS
Integra provides specific strategic advisory services for the development of various planning needs, such as:

    • Strategic analysis (opening competition, performance requirements, infrastructure strategies, etc.)
    • Development of high-level objectives and drivers

  • Procurement Services

When ANSPs or Airports are facing a procurement of e.g. a new ATM system, they often face an uncertainty of whether or not they are capable of managing all stages of the project from specifying the needs to implementing the system. Questions are prevailing such as:

    • How should the competitive bidding process be arranged?
    • Is it the right specifications and do we get what we want and need?
    • Do we have the right resources to perform the project?

    WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS
Integra provides support during all stages of the procurement process. Among others, Integra are able to assist with:

    • Specification and support in the procurement process, covering contracts, tender specification, tender evaluation guidelines, contract negotiation etc.

  • Program and Project Management

When ANSPs are facing larger projects to procure and implement e.g. a new ATM system, they often face an uncertainty of whether or not they are capable of managing all stages of the project from specifying the needs to implementing the system. It is not just providing required expertise, it is putting together an effective management structure to guide and implement the project. Questions are prevailing such as:

    • How do we put together a programme / project management structure with sufficient procedures and practices?
    • How do we manage cultural differences on the customer and contractor side?
    • Do we have the right resources to perform the project?

    WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS
Integra provides support during all stages of the procurement process. Typical services with the project / program management are:

    • Establishing project / program management handbook, procedures and best practice, including training of staff
    • Providing specialist management staff in areas like project, quality, configuration, safety and risk management with practical, hands-on experience
    • Establishing compliance management systems and practices, including requirements traceability, regulatory compliance monitoring, etc.
  • Technical Support

Stakeholders design their organisations for managing day-to-day operations due to a continued pressure to lower costs while increasing both capacity and effectiveness. When major ATM/CNS systems are to be procured, such organisations have seldom the resources to support such activities in-house. Likewise, organisations will face challenges and uncertainties that are new to available staff and give difficulties in finding effective, pragmatic and workable solutions.

    WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS
Integra provides staff possessing high technical competence with many years of experience in implementing ATM/CNS systems, which can support customers among others in:

    • Long-term planning of ATM/CNS system investments
    • Specifying and designing ATM/CNS systems, including assessing various strategies and designs for the future system support
    • Supporting a technical organisation with specialist knowledge of specific areas (safety, quality, system/software development practices, test and validation, transition planning, contingency and emergency planning, auditing contractor’s compliance, etc.).
  • Operational Support

Stakeholders design their organisations for managing day-to-day operations due to a continued pressure to lower costs while increasing both capacity and effectiveness. Often the operational resources and/or specific operational knowledge / experience will not be available to support such activities in-house.

    • Specifying and validating new operational concepts, principles for airspace definition, etc.

Specifying and designing changes to operational procedures, flight procedures, airspace structures, etc.

  • Safety, Quality and Risk Management

Aviation stakeholders are requested to comply with a growing number of obligations to ensure that activities are run with the appropriate levels of safety and efficiency, while meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Typical challenges cover:

    • How to understand the regulatory requirements and their associated means of compliance and what is actually required by the organisation?
    • How to implement management systems which, while compliant, also are efficient, not overly complex and align to other management systems in the organisation?
    • How to perform required activities with staff not working with the methodology on a day-to-day basis?

    WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS
Integra offers a long-standing practical experience in establishing safety, quality and risk management systems and practising the related methodologies in practice for addressing complex situations. We assist our customers in:

    • Assisting customers in the performance of e.g. safety assessment, safety case development or risk management in specific programs and projects by providing specialist staff with hands-on experience.
  • Legal and regulatory Support

Aviation stakeholders are facing growing difficulties to track regulatory changes, identify and understand applicable provisions and measure their actual level of compliance with their obligations. This requires in-depth and appropriate in-house regulatory and legal expertise that may not be available. The same scenario applies for regulatory authorities who are obliged to develop and maintain laws, regulations and supporting guidance to ensure that all relevant national and international standards and rules are well covered and integrated.

    WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS

    • Support for building up the internal capacity to manage legal and regulatory matters, both at an authority level and at implementing organisations
