Asset management
We combine our multidisciplinary skills of infrastructure planning, design, rehabilitation and maintenance with global experience in project management, funding and finance to provide a truly first-class service.
At Macau International Airport we provided recommendations for the strategic management of the airport and a 5-year development strategy focused on the short term requirements of the airport. This study included an asset condition survey of the airport infrastructure.
We provided strategic, technical and operational advice for the drafting of contract documents for the facilities and operational management services at the new Dublin Airport Terminal 2. We ensured that the client, Irish Department of Transport, would receive best value and quality of services.

In our role as lender’s advisor at Izmir Airport in Turkey, we evaluated the environmental and social risks associated with the construction and operations of a new international terminal. During construction, we assessed the contractor’s performance related to the environmental management plan and compliance with the Equator Principles. We’re continuing to ensure compliance with the environmental management plan during the operational phase.
