Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (DASR) is a solid-state, terminal area air traffic control radar that can be controlled and monitored from multiple locations.
Deployable Radar Approach Control (D-RAPCON) is an “air traffic control system in a box” and has the capability to bring instant air traffic control to the battlefield or a disaster site.
Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) is an all-weather, all-mission landing system based on Global Positioning System (GPS). It provides landing guidance for fixed and rotary wing aircraft and features anti-jam protection.
Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) provides full digital radar target and history data, aircraft data blocks, weather, and map display presentation at general aviation airport control towers.
The Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) enables the Global Positioning System (GPS) to meet air navigation performance requirements for enroute, terminal, non-precision approach and precision approach phases of flight.
AutoTrac Air Traffic Management System
AutoTrac is a fully integrated open-architecture system that evolved from over 30 years of ATC experience.
The system uses industry standard hardware and software. It uses commercial hardware and a non-proprietary operating system (UNIX). It offers reduced risk while assuring software portability and future expansion.
AutoTrac uses the accurate Kalman filter multi-sensor fusion tracker.
The system integrates radar and flight plan data and displays the most accurate information to air traffic controllers in a logical, easy-to-read manner increasing controller productivity. It also reduces fatigue and stress and improves reliability.
