Smart Climate Scandinavian AB is based in Sweden and is a supplier of air handling units for ventilation and heating or cooling of parked aircrafts.
Smart Climate Scandinavian AB’s vision is climate smart travel for everyone to enable in person meetings and our mission is to help speed up the transition to fossil free aviation. We do this by providing smart and energy efficient solutions.
With a lot of experience from working with airports and HVAC systems Smart Climate develops solutions together with the airport to provide safe, energy efficient and environmentally friendly products.
On the repertoire are custom made solutions for individual airports, HVAC systems for terminal buildings, parking garages etc.
Smart Climate Scandinavian AB supplies ground support equipment (GSE) in the form of air handling units that provide preconditioned air (PCA) for ventilation and heating or cooling of parked aircraft. The units have been developed in collaboration with airports and ground support staff.
By utilizing the waterborne centralized heating/cooling system these units present an alternative to diesel driven units and highly electricity demanding units. Reducing both energy demand and power capacity needed with a lower operating cost as a result.
Smart Climate Scandinavian AB also provide additional equipment like ducts developed and designed to increase efficiency of the ventilation system. easy handling and high durability.
In addition to the products Smart Climate Scandinavian AB consults in the dimensioning and design of HVAC and piping systems.
