The SIGNUM T50 Test Equipment is a powerful tool used for Analysis, Monitoring, Diagnosis and Audio Quality Measurement of protocols and lines used in aeronautical communications. This equipment is currently the only tool in the market capable of identifying faults and analyses VoIP ED137 and analogue communications simultaneously. Used for maintenance, verification and commissioning, assuring the interoperability and being compliant with the international EUROCONTROL standards.
It has been designed in partnership with ENAIRE for the analysis and diagnosis of protocols and lines used in communications that take place in the different Air Traffic Control Centres. This product is compatible with all voice communication systems (VCS) used in the field of air traffic control.
Operating Modes:
- SIGNUM T50 works as emulator compliant with ED-137 B and C versions, emulating CWP position (Radio, Telephony and Intercom) and Radio Remote (GRS), programming automatic ED137 Emulation test, modifying SIP Parameters of Emulation.
- SIGNUM T50 is able to do Automatic VoIP tests within the emulation section and capture the configured alarms.
- SIGNUM T50 works as VoIP ED-137 B and C monitoring tool, with the ability to apply simple and advanced filters (ED137) in order to analyse potential interoperability issues between VoIP equipment, decode and show all RTP streams.
- SIGNUM T50 is able to initiate and terminate packet capture only when the searched event occurs, reducing the file size of packet and the time spent on fault-finding in analysis on ATC networks.
- SIGNUM T50 Voice Quality Testing (VQT) is able to measurement the audio quality of analogic and VoIP aeronautical communication system with the same equipment, aiming test from CWP operators to analogic or VoIP Radio.

Hardware Characteristics:
- This work tool can take the form of a laptop PC or be incorporated to a 19-inch rack. It allows working with frequency and time variables, following the communication protocols established by Spanish and European regulations.
