The award was presented during the Automotive Business Experience 2024 in São Paulo, and it considered the opinions of more than 1 million customers.
BH Airport has just been certified as one of the Brazilian mobility brands offering the best customer experiences. The recognition was given during the Automotive Business Experience 2024, which took place on September 30th in São Paulo. The certification is awarded by SoluCX, a specialist in NPS (Net Promoter Score, a customer satisfaction measurement methodology), and recognized 83 brands across 12 mobility sector categories, based on a survey of over 1 million Brazilian customers.
The methodology used for the award is the NPS. Through an online panel, customers evaluated the brands and shared their perceptions, making the award 100% based on the voice of the customers. BH Airport achieved an above-average NPS in the Airports category and was recognized with the “Experience Certification” and the “Customer Recommends” seal, highlighting the brand’s recommendation power by its own customers.
BH Airport CEO, Daniel Miranda, emphasizes that customer experience is at the core of BH Airport’s strategy and celebrates the certification. “We are delighted to receive this recognition, which reflects the public’s opinion about our airport. We are committed to our passengers’ experience and will continue working to improve their journey at our terminal with safety, punctuality, and a pleasant and interesting environment,” he says.
Last week, BH Airport received another recognition for its commitment to customer satisfaction, being classified at level 2 in the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program. This initiative is part of Airports Council International (ACI) World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) and helps airports improve their traveler experience practices, classifying terminals from levels 1 to 5. In total, 46 airports worldwide hold level 2 certification from ACI, 9 of them in Latin America, with BH Airport being the only one in Brazil.
