Elda restaurant opens at Keflavik Airport

Elda restaurant has opened at Keflavik Airport on the second floor of the northern building (standing in the viewing from the Duty-Free exit at the airport). Elda is a modern and cozy restaurant offering fast service, hot and cold dishes, and is suitable for a diverse group of passengers at all times of the year.

Elda‘s international dishes have an Icelandic twist, supported by a restaurant design and ambiance from local origins. Quality and good ingredients play a central role at Elda, and they offer a variety of choices for everyone. Amongst their dishes are e.g., truffle burger, fish and chips, meat soup and char salad, for example. In the morning, lighter options will be available; Eggs Benedict, pancakes with syrup and Avocado Toast. There is also an Ísey sky bar inside the place, which is always open with fresh bowls. And for passengers who are in a hurry, there will always be a good selection of prepared dishes to take with them.

The design of Elda is beautiful with a reference to Icelandic heritage and nature.

“We are really proud of the food at Elda, which is made from quality ingredients. We placed great emphasis on accommodating diverse groups, e.g., we have “Grab & go” options for passengers in hurry. We offer great vegetarian and vegan dishes, and an ambitious children’s menu. Elda is owned by SSP, an international company that specializes in operating restaurants at airports and operates at over 2,500 locations around the world.
