Bristol Airport are inviting tenders for the implementation of an Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM)/Portfolio Management Office (PMO) tool that will provide organised management of Bristol Airport’s project portfolio, whilst having the functionality to integrate with a number of tools used by departments around the Airport. In addition, the tool will allow the PMO team to prioritise projects and allocate resources when required.
The future supplier will provide an EPM/PMO tool suitable to provide transparency on Bristol Airport’s portfolio of programmes and projects – system users will be able to obtain live project, programme, or portfolio information they require, in a palatable form, at the ‘touch of a button’ when they want it – a ‘self-serve’ approach.
The procurement timeline will be as follows and Suppliers are invited to express an interest and respond to our Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) by visiting our dedicated e-tendering site In-tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bristolairport/aspx/ProjectManage/10).

Sarah Landen, PMO Manager, Bristol Airport said:
“We are inviting experienced partner businesses to tender for the Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) software development and contract at Bristol Airport, one of the fastest recovering airports following the Covid-19 pandemic. We have an exciting future ahead with plans to deliver further growth in passenger volumes and enhance our airport facilities, and we are looking for software to support us in implementing and monitoring change activity, and in particular resource management, across the airport at project, programme and portfolio levels”.
