Reserving a parking space at Sofia Airport is now possible online via the airport’s website. The new functionality aims to improve the passenger experience for airport guests, secure in advance a parking space and offer them a discount when booking a parking space online for a longer period.
There are two car parks available for passengers, with the service offering the option to leave your vehicle near the Terminal 1 building or in the covered car park with a warm connection to the departure lounges at Terminal 2.
After reserving a parking space online, the new parking automation system will recognize your license plate number and automatically admit you to the lot. There you can park in any available space.
A new self-service parking system at the capital’s airport has also been in operation for several months. Any passenger can pay for their stay before leaving the car parking using machines located at both terminals in cash or by card.
