New “Upper Crust” Café Opens at Vilnius Airport: Global Chain Makes First Step into Lithuanian Market

A new café operated by the international food service company Select Service Partner (SSP) – Upper Crust – has opened in the new departures terminal at Vilnius Airport. Located near gate A4, the café is situated in the departures area, past the aviation security checkpoint.

The launch of Upper Crust marks the first step in implementing a long-term partnership agreement between Lithuanian Airports (LTOU) and Select Service Partner Lithuania. This agreement was signed at the end of 2024 following an international tender.

Later this month, a second dining outlet by the operator will open at Vilnius Airport – a full-service restaurant named Vilnius Bar & Bistro – Le Grand Comptoir, which will be located in the common departures hall, opposite the check-in area.

Over the next two years, four more SSP-operated establishments are planned to open in renovated terminal spaces at Vilnius Airport. These will include the fast-food restaurant Burger King, healthy food café Soul + Grain, coffee brand Ritazza, and gastropub Factory Bar & Kitchen.

In mid-2025, Lithuanian Airports plans to begin the reconstruction of Vilnius Airport’s old terminal spaces. The former departures area – which is now closed – will be transformed into modern retail and dining zones.
