If departing from Rome Fiumicino on an international flight, you can have a unique shopping experience at the airport’s Tax-Free Mall, where you can purchase items from the most prestigious Italian and international fashion brands with a 22% VAT discount.

With our new Personal Shopper online service, you can reserve your favourite products free of charge and purchase them on your day of departure.

Personal Shopper – Your shopping at the airport is even easier and faster! 

If you are departing from Fiumicino for the UK or any other non-Schengen non-EU destination, you will access International Boarding Area E where your shopping will be directly free of 22% VAT, regardless of whether you are of Italian or foreign nationality.

In Area E you will find the boutiques of the most famous Italian and international fashion brands, and if you want to be sure you will find your favourite products in the model, size and colour you want on the day of your flight, you can access the free Personal Shopper service online to order it a few days before departure and buy it directly in store when you leave.

Our Personal Shoppers are available every day from 9.00 to 21.00 and also online simply for information on brands at the airport and for shopping tips.
