The leading global aircraft interiors expo highlights the companies, regions and long-standing partners defining its 25th edition

From industry giants to national carriers representing some of the world’s most unique aviation markets, Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) 2026 is bringing together a uniquely diverse exhibitor community that reflects the full scale and ambition of modern aviation.

This year’s 479 exhibitors represent a powerful cross-section of the industry: spanning established leaders, new innovators, and long-standing partners who have helped shape the event over the past 25 years.

A global show floor

AIX 2026 showcases the international reach of the aircraft interiors sector.

With around 12,000 visitors on the show floor this year. Of visitors from major airlines and manufacturers, Europe accounts for 45% of attendees, complemented by strong participation from the Americas (19%), APAC (17%), and the MENA region (14%), underlining the event’s role as a global meeting point for cabin innovation.

Over 1,300 products will be showcased over the three days, with seating, cabin fittings, and electrical being the most popular categories. This is followed by IFE & digital systems which will be exhibited in the dedicated IFE zone across 77 exhibitors.

75 new exhibitors will join the show floor, bringing fresh ideas and technologies into the ecosystem. The brand new BizJet Zone will feature 24 leading BizAv market companies, highlighting the growing importance of business aviation in shaping premium passenger experiences across the wider sector.

Industry leaders and global airlines converge

The scale of AIX is further reflected in the presence of major airline groups and manufacturers as visitors to the show.

The Lufthansa Group stands out as the most represented airline group, with participation spanning multiple subsidiaries including Eurowings, SWISS, Condor, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines.

From the United States, the “Big Three” carriers, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines, will collectively send over a hundred individual attendees, reinforcing the event’s importance as a hub for decision-makers across the global aviation industry.

Yet AIX is not only defined by scale. Airlines such as Drukair (the national airline of Bhutan, with a population of ~ 800,000) and Air Greenland will both have a presence at the show – a reminder that innovation in aircraft interiors spans the entire aviation landscape, from major global fleets to smaller, highly specialised operators.

Celebrating 25 years with long-standing partners

As AIX marks its 25th edition, the event is also recognising the exhibitors who have grown alongside it.

More than 12 companies have exhibited for over two decades. These include B/E Aerospace, Belgraver B.V., Botany Weaving Mill, Lantal Textiles AG, Percival Aviation Ltd, Rohi Stoffe GmbH, Tex Tech Industries, CELSO, Enflite, Panasonic, SCHOTT, and Isovolta.

Agnès Timbre, President of CELSO said: “AIX has been, and continues to be, a key driver of CELSO’s growth in the aerospace sector. We’ve really grown up together. I still remember that first “intimate” edition in Cannes. It was small, almost like a family gathering, but we immediately felt it was something special and said, ‘We have to be there.’ Today it’s become the meeting point for the aircraft interiors community – the place where everyone in the industry connects, shares news, and builds friendships.”

Introducing the Cabin Collective

Beyond the show floor, AIX 2026 will also spotlight the individuals shaping the future of aircraft interiors through the Cabin Collective – a curated group of industry leaders supporting the show with expert insight and thought-provoking commentary on the sector’s most important topics.

This year’s contributors, Jonas von Kruchten, founder of dgtlsky; Elina Kopola, founder of Trendworks and the Green Cabin Alliance; and Andrea Mocellin, independent automotive and aviation designer, reflect the breadth of expertise driving the industry forward.

Together, they highlight how technology, sustainability, and design are converging to redefine the passenger experience, and how AIX continues to act as a platform for these ideas to take shape.

Archana Dharni, Event Director of Aircraft Interiors Expo, said: “A dynamic mix of long-standing industry mainstays and bold new entrants, this year’s show reflects where aviation interiors stand today – an ecosystem in motion, constantly renewing itself. What AIX uniquely delivers is that breadth of expertise, from the names that have shaped the industry for decades to the voices that will define its next chapter. Every attendee, every exhibitor, every conversation is part of that – and AIX remains proud to be the stage where the whole spectrum of this industry comes together.”

Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 takes place 14–16 April at the Hamburg Messe, bringing together the global aircraft interiors industry to explore the ideas, partnerships and technologies shaping the future of flight. It follows the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 13 April, which will provide in-depth sessions on cabin innovation, design, and passenger-centric trends.
