We have the PERUVIAN AIR FORCE (FAP) as the Main Strategic Ally with public and private institutions linked to the aviation industry like Aircraft Factories who will exhibit last models. Pilot and Flight Simulation training centers, Airlines, maintenance shops, parts suppliers, insurance Fob’s and Cargo Companies, customs agencies, fuel suppliers, airport operators, flying clubs and General Aviation. Additionally it will be a Congress about General Aviation. Airports development and Fuel supply in Peru.
We would like to consider your company for this sixth major event to promote aviation activities and development in our country.

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 17th:
- 10:00 am > Open of the event for General Public
- 11:00 am -12:00 pm > show the aircrafts static display
- 12:00 pm -17:00 pm > Air Show and Demo flights
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 18th:
- 10:00 am > Open of the event for General Public

Booth Construction
Aero Expo will give you their respective numbered stands and with their logo on the frieze, which must be sent to the person in charge of the impressions and graphics of the event so can be placed with due anticipation.
The stand assembly time will be from Monday, November 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will end on Thursday, 15 at 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors entering with aircrafts must be installed no later than Thursday, 15 until 5:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Exhibitors must leave their stands free on Sunday, November 18 and withdraw all their promotional materials and additional equipment. And the dismantling of the stands will be finished no later than November 19 at 05:00 pm
DELIVERY OF CREDENTIALS
The delivery of credentials for exhibitors will be available on November 15th in the register counter of the fair

Aircraft Booth Exhibition
25 Sqm (5 x 5 m) + Aircraft Fence total 400 Sqm
x2 tables, x4 chairs, a double point of current and friso for the company logo polycarbonate roof and 5 x 5 m carpet of colour as your choice
In addition, the aircraft fence measuring 20 x 20 m = 400 Sqm
Cost $ 8,000 USD plus tax

If you have sent promotional material by freight and it will be removed from customs three weeks before the event, the delivery address of the material will be the following:
