The expanding trade and growth in the Aviation Sector has led to ever more increasing emphasis on increased security and safety concerns. Adding to it is the growth in the passenger and cargo traffic and most importantly the recent mishaps & accidents in the year 2014. IXG’s Conference on Aviation Security 2015 has been designed to meet the needs and demands of the aviation industry, as well as the security profession as a whole. It will focus on the technology and innovation required to achieve effective and efficient aviation security & facilitation measures and define the future of security screening regimes. It will also focus on the need for the security bodies to act together to respond to aviation threats and incidents, nationally and internationally and improve security systems to effectively counter aviation related threats.
The conference will bring AVSEC professionals together and explore how technology, tools and equipment can help the industry meet both existing and future aviation security challenges.
The interactive format of the sessions will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss and debate a variety of issues vital to general aviation. Attendees should expect a robust agenda of informative sessions, with highly respected speakers from throughout the general aviation community who will discuss airport security, airline security, general aviation security, corporate security, physical security, aviation legislation, airport management, and national security and intelligence.
