A world of inspiration for the onboard passenger experience.

World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) is the leading global event for the onboard passenger experience including inflight catering, passenger comfort and service equipment.

WTCE is known as the place where ideas, products and solutions tantalise the senses to create an onboard experience that dazzles the passenger.

Back in 2025 for its 13th edition, the show offers:

  • Over 275 suppliers of products across the whole spectrum of the onboard experience; including major caterers dnata, SATS Catering and En Route and 60+ companies new to WTCE.
  • 2,000+ attendees come from across the globe to do business and network with new and current suppliers. Including over 1000 buyers from international airlines and rail operators.

It will be even easier to organise meetings with them with WTCE Connect. This unique planning tool will help you find and contact suppliers you would like to meet at the show.

  • The Taste of Travel Theatre, in association with Onboard Hospitality Magazine also returns to provide you with the latest insights, cooking presentations and tasting sessions.

WTCE takes place alongside Aircraft Interiors Expo and the Passenger Experience Conference. The three events together provide the entire onboard industry with the perfect platform to meet, connect and do business.
