ASTEK TE-1B Seal Coating Completion @ Kooddoo Island Airport, Maldives

Kooddoo Island Airport-MALDIVES:

Highly oxidized airport Runway and Apron area has been successfully sealed with ASTEK TE-1B Seal Coating material. The airport asphalt pavement has been rescued, free of FOD and can safely be used by aircraft.

The application has been done without any closures of the airport.  The airport has faced closures due to high oxidation and raveling and now can serve to regular air traffic. The application has saved the owner significant amount of money and time without any closures.

All of the skid resistance tests have done with successful results.
